We may at our discretion accept returns provided the items are in original condition, complete with all the original packing and accessories, and received within 10 business days from the invoice date. All return/cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation charge in addition to any credit card fees if applicable. Custom orders are NON refundable. All returns must be sent with shipping charges prepaid by customer. Shipping and handling are NON refundable. We will not accept returns sent C.O.D. or freight collect. YOU MUST call for a return authorization number before we will accept any returns. Refund: Will be made within 15 business days by Company check or credit to your credit card account.
